General Description:

Dark green foliage, upright tidy habit and masses of large single white flowers with yellow stamens in early winter make this popular variety of Camellia a well proven favourite in gardens throughout New Zealand.

Uses:

Camellia Setsugekka is often used as a neat formal hedge up to four metres tall, or as a topiary subject on standards.

Plant Care:

Camellias prefer slightly acid soil that is rich in organic matter. Setsugekka responds well to trimming after flowering and should not be allowed to dry out during hot dry period
