General Description:

Stunning mahogany black foliage topped with brilliant colour blooms these dahlias are easy to grow and long flowering. Bred for NZ conditions by Kiwi Dr. Keith Hammett these are perfectly suited to our climate. They are hardy and don't require staking, being naturally compact.

Uses:

Create a dramatic feature planting en masse with bright colours offset by the dark foliage. Perfect in a pot the will complement any decor with the wide range of colours available. The large flowers are ideal for picking.

Plant Care:

Plant in free draining sunny conditions for best results. Trim dead flower heads to encourage repeat flowering and regularly add fertiliser and slug bait. Cut back hard in late autumn once foliage has started to die down.
